This community center, one of many across 17 Nigerian states, represents the tangible manifestation of the mission that drives the Centre for Integrated Health Programs (CIHP), an entity that operates within Nigeria's health sector with the precision of a master craftsman.

Established fifteen years ago, CIHP evolved out of Columbia University's International Centre for AIDS Care and Treatment Programs, but with a distinctly Nigerian character. The organization wears its indigenous roots not as a badge, but as the very fabric of its existence.
